These Terms of Service govern your use of proofed.in and your purchase of products from PROOFED SKINCARE, based in Uttam Nagar, Delhi, India.

Products PROOFED sells dermatologist-formulated skincare products. Our products are cosmetic skincare items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

Orders & Payment We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) via Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders, subject to a COD handling fee. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines depend on your location and are confirmed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on returns, damaged-product claims, and refund timelines.

Limitation of Liability PROOFED SKINCARE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Always perform a patch test before first use.
