SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Delhi within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines Delivery time depends on your pincode and is confirmed at checkout once you enter your address.

Shipping Charges Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking via Razorpay) ship free. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a ₹40 handling fee.

Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at Proofedskincare@gmail.com or +91 9650656531 and we'll look into it.

Undeliverable Address If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
